Kiara is one of those people who lights up a room — or a phone call — with her warm personality and genuine enthusiasm. Currently finishing Year 12 and completing her ASBA in Real Estate, she’s already making a name for herself at Seminara & Co with her positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and seriously impressive organisation skills (yes, everything is colour-coded!).

Coming from a family background in building and construction, Kiara has grown up around the property world and brings a natural understanding of how things work behind the scenes. She’s approachable, reliable, and always ready to help — whether it’s supporting the team or chatting with clients.
